Retained search for senior and executive mandates (typically a structured fee paid across milestones). Contingent fee arrangements available for mid-level specialist searches. Candidate fees are never charged.

Senior executive search typically 8–16 weeks from brief to offer. Specialist mid-level mandates typically 4–8 weeks. We prioritise quality of fit over speed — but quality does not require indefinite timelines.
