Three engagement models: Advisory Day (from AED 4,500/day for ad hoc senior input), Project (from AED 75K for scoped, milestone-based engagements), or Strategic Retainer (from AED 35K/month for ongoing advisory relationships). Initial consultations are complimentary and conducted under confidentiality.
